Rachel handles listing input and contract to close for Koberg Real Estate Group. Her role as a transaction manager is to act as the liaison between all parties involved in the contract and oversee each detail of the
transaction to get to the closing table as smoothly as possible. From communication to compliance, her services are a great addition to the team's expertise and helps ensure their clients are supported throughout the closing process.

Her industry experience is comprised of 9 years in commercial real estate with two national restaurant companies as well as being a licensed Realtor since 2013. In addition to her real estate knowledge, she graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Communications & Public Relations from Indiana State University.
